本政策说明中国大陆版“JPEdLab自学日语”iOS应用如何处理个人信息。
我们遵循合法、正当、必要、诚信、公开透明和最小必要原则，不为广告或跨应用追踪出售或使用个人信息。
一、处理者与适用范围
个人信息处理者：北京码奈碧科技有限公司；联系邮箱：jpedlab@manab.cn。
本政策适用于中国大陆版iOS应用及相关法务页面。
第三方服务在其独立决定处理目的和方式时，亦适用其自身隐私规则。
二、我们处理的信息
课程/章节进度、徽章、XP、连续学习、任务、城市地图对话练习进度及大部分显示设置仅保存在设备本地，
不上传学习进度服务器。卸载应用或清除数据可能删除这些信息。
三、权限与敏感个人信息
- 麦克风仅在用户主动开始AI口语或讲师点评录音时使用；拒绝后仍可使用无需录音的本地学习功能。
- 录音、购买记录及未满14岁未成年人的个人信息可能属于敏感个人信息。我们在提供相应功能确有必要时告知影响并依法取得单独同意。
- 应用不请求通讯录、相册、精确定位或广告跟踪权限。
四、未满14岁用户
未满14岁用户可使用自学课程、AI、App Store购买、手机号注册与登录和远程资源包，
但不可使用讲师点评。课程、徽章、XP、连续学习、任务和城市地图对话练习进度仍保存在本机。
五、委托处理与第三方
- 腾讯云：手机号账号认证、数据存储、应用服务运行及网站访问日志。
- Apple：用户主动选择的已完成手机号注册账号绑定及已绑定账号登录，以及App Store购买、订阅、恢复购买、退款及购买状态通知。Apple身份令牌和服务提供方标识用于绑定或登录；Apple邮箱和姓名不保存，不提供Apple单独注册。
- 火山引擎豆包：用户主动触发的AI文字或音频处理。
- 飞书：必要的错误告警，以及不含可识别学习者身份信息和录音内容的讲师点评提交通知。
各接收方、处理角色、信息类别、地域与保存期以内部数据清单及已签署的数据处理安排为准。
我们不会为第三方广告出售个人信息。超出已告知目的的共享、公开或委托处理，将依法另行告知并在需要时取得同意。
六、保存地点与跨境
本应用中国版的服务端与数据存储位于中国大陆境内。
如第三方服务的实际处理构成个人信息出境，我们将在启用前完成适用的告知、单独同意、
合同、认证、安全评估或其他法定程序。
七、账号删除与信息权利
用户可在应用设置中发起账号删除，或通过 jpedlab@manab.cn 请求查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除、
撤回同意、注销账号或解释处理规则。我们可能在必要范围内验证请求人身份。
经验证的账号删除会移除认证关联、账号权益、剩余AI练习额度、讲师点评券，以及用户提交的
讲师点评录音和提交记录，并使登录状态失效。讲师回复按上述教学记录期限保存，
删除后仅保留不再与用户账号关联的必要记录。因会计、争议或反欺诈依法需要保存的购买交易记录，
仅保留必要信息至相应期限届满，之后删除或去标识化。
八、安全与事件
我们采取传输加密、访问控制、最小权限及日志审计等措施。
发生个人信息安全事件时，将依法采取补救、评估、记录，并在需要时通知个人与主管部门。
九、更新与联系
处理目的、方式、类型或接收方发生重大变化时，我们会更新政策并依法重新告知或取得同意。

- 咪高峰只在使用者主動開始AI口語或講師點評錄音時使用。
- 錄音、購買記錄及未滿14歲未成年人的個人資料可能屬敏感個人資料；依法需要時會取得單獨同意。
- 應用程式不要求通訊錄、相簿、精確位置或廣告追蹤權限。
四、未滿14歲使用者
未滿14歲使用者可使用自學課程、AI、App Store購買、手機號碼註冊與登入及遠端資源包，
但不可使用講師點評。課程、徽章、XP、連續學習、任務及城市地圖對話練習進度仍保存在本機。
五、委託處理與第三方
- 騰訊雲：手機號碼帳戶認證、資料儲存、應用程式服務運行及網站存取日誌。
- Apple：使用者主動選擇的已完成手機號碼註冊帳戶綁定及已綁定帳戶登入，以及App Store購買、訂閱、恢復購買、退款及購買狀態通知。Apple身份令牌和服務提供方識別碼用於綁定或登入；Apple電郵和姓名不保存，不提供Apple單獨註冊。
- 火山引擎豆包：使用者主動觸發的AI文字或音訊處理。
- 飛書：必要的錯誤告警，以及不含可識別學習者身分資料和錄音內容的講師點評提交通知。
我們不會為第三方廣告出售個人資料。超出已告知目的的處理將依法另行告知並在需要時取得同意。
六、保存地點與跨境
本應用程式中國版的伺服器及資料儲存位於中國大陸境內。
如第三方服務的實際處理構成個人資料出境，我們會在啟用前完成適用的告知、單獨同意、
合約、認證、安全評估或其他法定程序。
七、帳戶刪除與資料權利
使用者可在應用程式設定發起帳戶刪除，或透過 jpedlab@manab.cn 請求查閱、複製、更正、
補充、刪除、撤回同意、註銷帳戶或解釋處理規則。
經驗證的帳戶刪除會移除認證關聯、帳戶權益、剩餘AI練習額度、講師點評券，以及使用者提交的
講師點評錄音和提交記錄，並使登入狀態失效。講師回覆按上述教學記錄期限保存，
刪除後只保留不再與使用者帳戶關聯的必要記錄。因會計、爭議或反詐騙依法需要保存的購買交易記錄，
只保留必要資料至相應期限屆滿，之後刪除或去識別化。
八、安全、更新與聯絡
我們採取傳輸加密、存取控制、最小權限及日誌審計。
發生安全事件時依法補救、記錄及通知。重大變更會重新告知或取得同意。

iOS Privacy Policy

The personal information processor is 北京码奈碧科技有限公司. Privacy contact: jpedlab@manab.cn.
This policy explains how the mainland China version of the “JPEdLab自学日语” iOS app handles personal information. We follow the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, good faith, transparency, and data minimization. We do not sell or use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
1. Processor and scope
The personal information processor is 北京码奈碧科技有限公司, reachable at jpedlab@manab.cn. This policy covers the mainland China iOS app and its legal pages. Third-party services also apply their own privacy rules when independently deciding the purposes and means of processing.
2. Information we process
Course and chapter progress, badges, XP, streaks, missions, city map conversation practice progress, and most display settings stay on your device and are not uploaded to a learning-progress server. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may delete them.
3. Permissions and sensitive personal information
- The microphone is used only when you start recording for AI speaking practice or teacher feedback. If you deny access, you can still use local learning features that do not require recording.
- Recordings, purchase records, and personal information about children under 14 may be sensitive personal information. When necessary for a feature, we explain the impact and obtain separate consent as required by law.
- The app does not request access to contacts, photo libraries, precise location, or advertising tracking.
4. Users under 14
Users under 14 may use self-study courses, AI, App Store purchases, phone registration and sign-in, and remote resource packs, but cannot use teacher feedback. Course progress, badges, XP, streaks, missions, and city map conversation practice progress remain on the device.
5. Service providers and third parties
- Tencent Cloud: phone account authentication, data storage, app service operation, and website access logs.
- Apple: optional linking of phone-registered accounts and sign-in to linked accounts, as well as App Store purchases, subscriptions, restoration, refunds, and purchase status notifications. Apple identity tokens and provider identifiers are used for linking or sign-in. Apple email addresses and names are not stored. Apple-only registration is not available.
- Volcengine Doubao: AI processing of text or audio that you choose to submit.
- Feishu: necessary error alerts and teacher feedback submission notifications that contain neither identifying learner information nor recordings.
Recipients, processing roles, information categories, locations, and retention periods are recorded in our internal data inventory and signed processing arrangements. We do not sell personal information for third-party advertising. Sharing, disclosure, or entrusted processing beyond the purposes explained here will be separately disclosed, with consent obtained where required by law.
6. Storage location and cross-border processing
The China app’s servers and data storage are located in mainland China. If a third-party service’s actual processing involves transferring personal information outside mainland China, we will complete the applicable notices, separate consent, contracts, certification, security assessment, or other legally required procedures before enabling it.
7. Account deletion and your rights
You may request account deletion in the app’s settings or contact jpedlab@manab.cn to request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, deletion, withdrawal of consent, account closure, or an explanation of processing rules. We may verify your identity to the extent necessary.
Verified account deletion removes authentication links, account entitlements, remaining AI practice allowance, teacher feedback tickets, and your teacher feedback recordings and submission records, and invalidates your sign-in state. Teacher replies are retained for the teaching-record period described above; after deletion, only necessary records no longer linked to your account remain. Purchase transaction records legally needed for accounting, disputes, or fraud prevention are limited to necessary information, retained until the relevant period ends, then deleted or de-identified.
8. Security and incidents
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege access, and log auditing. If a personal information security incident occurs, we take remedial measures, assess and record it, and notify individuals and authorities where required by law.
9. Updates and contact
If processing purposes, methods, information categories, or recipients change materially, we update this policy and provide new notices or obtain consent as required by law. Contact jpedlab@manab.cn. We respond within the legally required period.
